This Privacy Policy applies to the Productivity Tracker mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the “Application,” developed and provided by Make Life Easy Apps hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.”
Productivity Tracker is designed to help users track daily Amal, monitor personal progress, review performance reports, and manage team follow-up activities in English and Bangla.
The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain information when you download, register for, access, or use it.
Information You May Provide
Depending on the features you use, the Application may collect information including:
- Account information, such as your name, username, email address, phone number, or login details.
- Password-related information required for account access and password change functionality.
- Daily Amal tracking entries submitted by you.
- Customized Amal list information created or updated by you.
- Personal performance records and progress history.
- Team-related information, including member lists, hierarchy relationships, team follow-up records, and performance data, where applicable.
- Language preference, such as Bangla or English.
- Any information you voluntarily submit through the Application.
Sensitive Nature of Amal Information
Daily Amal entries may reflect information about a user’s religious practices or personal spiritual activities. The Service Provider understands that this information may be sensitive.
Such information is collected only to provide the Application’s tracking, reporting, dashboard, and team follow-up features. Users should submit only information they are comfortable storing and sharing through the Application.
Where team-management features are enabled, authorized team leaders or management users may be able to view relevant progress or follow-up information of members within their assigned team structure.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as IP address.
- Device type, device identifiers, operating system version, and app version.
- The pages, screens, or features of the Application that you visit or use.
- The date and time of your access.
- Time spent using the Application.
- App interactions and performance information.
- Crash logs, diagnostics, and error reports.
- Advertising ID, where advertising features are enabled.
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device unless such a feature is introduced in the future and clearly disclosed to users.
2. How Information Is Used
The Service Provider may use collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To provide daily Amal tracking functionality.
- To generate personal progress reports and charts.
- To provide 7-day, 30-day, and 6-month performance reports.
- To enable customized Amal lists.
- To support Member, Team Leader, and Management/MD dashboards.
- To provide team follow-up and hierarchy-based monitoring features.
- To improve app functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- To identify technical problems, prevent misuse, and maintain application security.
- To communicate important service-related notices or updates.
- To display or measure advertisements, only where advertising services are included in the Application.
The Service Provider will not use your Amal tracking information for advertising personalization without appropriate disclosure and consent, where required.
3. Team Visibility and Authorized Access
Productivity Tracker may provide different access levels for Members, Team Leaders, and Management/MD users.
Depending on the account role and application setup:
- Members may be able to record and review their own Amal and progress information.
- Team Leaders may be able to review progress information for members assigned to their teams.
- Management or MD users may be able to review broader reports, dashboards, or team performance information.
Users should understand that information entered into team-based sections of the Application may be visible to authorized users within the applicable organizational hierarchy.
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to restrict access according to user roles and application permissions.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that collect information used to identify users, provide technical functionality, monitor performance, or support advertising.
Third-party services that may be used by the Application include:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Authentication, where user login or account management is supported through Firebase
- Firebase Cloud Firestore or Firebase Realtime Database, where application data is stored using Firebase services
- Google Analytics for Firebase, where analytics functionality is enabled
- Firebase Crashlytics, where crash reporting functionality is enabled
- AdMob, where advertising is displayed in the Application
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Only include the services listed above in your published policy if they are actually used in the released version of the Application.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared in the following situations:
- With trusted service providers who support the operation, storage, maintenance, analytics, advertising, authentication, or technical performance of the Application.
- With authorized Team Leaders or Management users, where necessary to provide team follow-up, hierarchy view, reporting, or dashboard functionality.
- When required by law, court order, subpoena, or similar legal process.
- When disclosure is necessary in good faith to protect the rights of the Service Provider, protect user safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or respond to a government request.
- In aggregated or anonymized form for application improvement, performance review, or analytical purposes.
6. Advertising and Marketing
Where the Application includes advertising through services such as AdMob, the Application may use device advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, to:
- Display advertisements.
- Measure ad performance.
- Prevent fraud or abuse.
- Support advertising-related reporting.
The Application is intended primarily for productivity and Amal tracking. Sensitive Amal-related information should not be used by the Service Provider to personalize advertising.
Users may manage advertising preferences through their device settings, where available.
7. Diagnostics and Crash Reporting
To improve reliability and resolve technical issues, the Application may collect crash logs and diagnostic information, including:
- Device model.
- Operating system version.
- Application version.
- Crash details.
- Technical error information.
- Performance information at the time of an error.
This information is used to identify bugs, improve app stability, and maintain service performance.
8. Data Retention
The Service Provider may retain user-provided information and application records for as long as the user maintains an account or continues to use the Application, and for a reasonable period thereafter where required for operational, security, backup, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.
Daily Amal records, reporting history, team information, and account data may remain stored until the user requests deletion, deletes their account where such functionality is available, or the Service Provider deletes the data according to its retention practices.
9. Account and Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting the Service Provider.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.
10. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it from your mobile device.
Uninstalling the Application may not automatically delete information already stored in an account or cloud database. To request deletion of stored account or activity data, please contact the Service Provider using the email address provided in this Privacy Policy.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality and security of user information.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect information processed and maintained through the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and should not share their passwords with others.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
