Data Deletion — MockRoad
MockRoad does not have accounts — no sign-up, no Authentication ID, and no
server-side profile. Your practice answers, bookmarks, mock exam results,
simulator progress, and study streak are stored only on your device, so
there is no synced account data on our servers to delete. You can erase
everything yourself, right now, without emailing us.
Delete your data right now
- In the app: Settings → Data → Reset all progress. This
clears every practice answer, bookmark, mock exam result, simulator level,
star, and study streak stored on this device. - Uninstall the app. This removes everything above
immediately and permanently, along with all app preferences.
Both actions are irreversible and take effect instantly — there is no
7–14 day wait, because there is no server record to process.
Notification data
If you turned on notifications, the app obtained a Firebase Cloud Messaging
registration token scoped to this device — not to an account, since MockRoad
has none. To remove it:
- Turn off notification categories in Menu → Notification Settings, or
- Turn off notification permission in your device’s system settings, or
- Uninstall the app
Any of these stops future notifications and lets the token expire on
Google’s side under Firebase’s own retention rules.
Requesting anything from us directly
If you’d like written confirmation that nothing is retained on our side —
for example, support emails you’ve sent us, or a device’s FCM token if you
can’t uninstall the app yourself — contact us at:
Please use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and
tell us which device or notification email thread (if any) it relates to,
since there is no account email to verify against.
We will confirm and process such requests within 7 business
days.
